Refund Policy

At Dream 4K IPTV, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Please do not return your product to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Health and personal care items
  • Perishable goods (such as food or flowers)
  • Magazines or newspapers
  • Intimate or sanitary items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Books with visible signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, games, or vinyl records
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.


Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company (processing time may vary).
  • Contact your bank for further clarification.

Sale Items

Only regularly priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale or promotional items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at contact@dream-4k.com before sending your item.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit in the form of a gift certificate.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the purchaser received the item first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


Return Shipping

To return your product, please contact us first at contact@dream-4k.com to receive return instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted.
  • For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
